The short version

SWARF is a job tracking tool for machine shops. You own your data. We host it. You pay $49/month. Cancel anytime.

Your data

All job data, files, and notes you create belong to you. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. SWARF is designed to work offline on mobile devices — your work is saved locally and synced when connectivity returns.

Acceptable use

Use SWARF for managing your machine shop. Do not upload malicious files or attempt to access other shops' data. Uploaded files are scanned for malware.

Billing

$49/month flat rate, unlimited users. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime from your settings page.
