Common Questions

How do I add people to my shop?

Go to Settings > Team and send an invite. They'll get an email with a link to join.

Can I customize the columns?

Yes. Go to Settings > Board Columns. Add, rename, reorder, or remove columns to match your workflow.

How do I put it on a shop floor TV?

Open the board on any browser and click TV Mode in the top bar. It auto-refreshes and hides all the editing controls.

What happens if the internet goes out?

Keep working. The app stores everything locally and syncs back up when you're reconnected.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime. Your data stays accessible until the end of the billing period.

I found a bug.

Email [email protected] with what happened and a screenshot if you can. We fix things fast.

Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We will delete the following within 30 days:

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • All jobs, notes, and file attachments you created
  • Shop data (if you are the sole owner)
  • Email preferences and notification settings

If other members remain on your shop, the shop and its jobs will be preserved. Only your personal account and data will be removed.
